Cenozoic Era

The Cenozoic Era was a period when, due to climate change and global cooling, woolly animals and mammals became widespread, and the first early human-like apes appeared.
The exhibition features remains and teeth of ancient animals, including bison, Musbach horses, Merke rhinoceroses, and other giant animals.
Here you can see the teeth of bison, Musbach horses, Merke rhinoceroses, giant camels, mammoths and elephants.
All of these finds were discovered in the Koshkorgan area, located between Kentau and Turkistan.
These paleontological discoveries continue to attract the attention of researchers. What is particularly remarkable is that the enamel of these ancient teeth has survived to the present day, despite the enormous amount of time that has passed since these animals lived.
